Bonuses

WEEKEND BONUS:

Working on all of the following days: 5/27/2017, 5/28/2017 and 5/29/2017 will qualify you for $25 bonus.

Additional $25 for working on 6/3/2017 and 6/4/2017.

Additional $25 for working on 6/10/2017 and 6/11/2017.

Maximum possible bonus is $75 for all three weekends. 

 

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND BONUS - $50

Working at least 30 hours from 5/27/2017 - 6/2/2017, including 5/27, 5/28 and 5/29 qualifies you for $50 reimbursement of Lifeguard Training (conducted by Premier Aquatics in 2017.)

 

LABOR DAY WEEKEND BONUS - $50

Working at least 30 hours from 8/29/2017- 9/4/2017, including 9/2, 9/3 and 9/4 qualifies you for $50 reimbursement of Lifeguard Training (conducted by Premier Aquatics in 2017.)

 

EARLY SIGN ON BONUS - $50

To qualify for $50 Early Sign On Bonus, employee must be hired with all the paperwork completed by February 15th, 2017.

Employee must work a minimum of 175 hours thought the season.

 

REFERRAL BONUS - $25

To qualify for $25 Referral Bonus, referred guard must be available to work through Labor Day weekend, including 9/2/2017, 9/3/2017 and 9/4/2017. If the referred guard does not work on these dates referring guard will not be eligible for the bonus.

Referred guard must work a minimum of 100 hours thorough the season. If the referred employee quits, or is terminated, referring employee will not be eligible for the bonus.

 

 

Applies to all Bonuses:

o   Employee must work a full scheduled shift in order to get the bonus.

o   Employee must maintain current certifications throughout contract dates.

o   Employee must always be in compliance with PremierGuard Code of Conduct.

o   Receipt of written warnings to the employee will reduce the amount of bonus paid to employee up to, and including, loss of entire bonus based upon severity of infraction.

o   If an employee is terminated or does not otherwise maintain employment with Premier Aquatics, the employee will not be eligible for any of the Bonuses.
